Terms of Service

Use Sketchion in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping device and account access secure.

You retain rights you have in content you submit, and you grant Sketchion a limited right to process that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.

Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Sketchion does not add a visible Sketchion text watermark to generated images.

Where supported by the configured provider/path, provider-supplied AI provenance, invisible watermarking, metadata, or similar signals may apply, but Sketchion does not guarantee every output contains a specific marker or that markers remain detectable after later edits.

Apple processes App Store payments, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refund requests.

Subscriptions apply while active.

Deleting your Sketchion account does not cancel any active Apple subscription; you must cancel it through Apple in your App Store subscription settings (iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions), otherwise you may continue to be charged.

Consumable credits are digital items for Sketchion only: they have no cash value, are not withdrawable, and are not transferable.

Unused Apple In-App Purchase credit-pack balances permanently expire when you delete your account and cannot be recovered or restored, including after reactivation with the same Sign in with Apple identity.

Free, subscription, and administrator-granted benefits are deleted and are not restored automatically.

Account deletion is usually completed within 24 hours.

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, revocations, fraud prevention, and legal requirements may reduce or block credits or refunds.

App credits are product entitlements.

Provider token counts and cost estimates are operational records and may not match the product entitlement units shown in the app.

Purchased credits do not expire merely because time passes, but they are consumed when you use generation, editing, or related features.

Do not use Sketchion for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or disruptive activity.

Do not request or share child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, self-harm or violence instructions, doxxing, harassment, hate, deceptive impersonation/deepfakes, regulated professional advice, secrets, tokens, or content you do not have rights to use.

Some features depend on third-party services such as Apple, Cloudflare, Google Gemini, OpenAI or related model providers.

Their own terms and policies may also apply.

Sketchion may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

The service is provided as is to the fullest extent permitted by law.
